3.0 Key Personnel 1. Site In charge – Mr. Sanjay Kumar

 Check and confirm the site clearances for safe working.
 Review Risk Assessment.
 Check and review the documents
 Explain the procedure to the site engineer.
 Nominate site supervisor for work location till the work completion.
 Ensure Work permit is taken before commencing the work.
2. Site Engineer –
 Check for the work permit is generated.
 Check and review the documents.
 Conduct works specific training to the workman.
 Explain the procedure to the Contractor workman.
 Coordination with safety engineer for continuous monitoring of
activity.
 Conducting Tool Box Meeting before start of work.

adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
 Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Driving efforts to enhance
construction processes and raise quality standards over time.

 Prepare JSA for the work to be done basis MOS, and get reviewed by
the Team.

6.0 Quality control/ 1. General –

Requirements  Confirm availability of the latest revision of drawings.
 Staff and workman training.
 All Measuring instruments shall have valid calibration certificates.
 Full fill the Checklist.
 Documents and record maintenance.

7.0 Procedure 1) Method

 Barricade the required area.
 Modification of Gutter.
 Cutting of the existing roof where the columns to be extend.
 Welding a new plate at the top of the column.
 Erection of stub columns on the top of the new welded plate.
 Tighten the bolts with required torque.
 Sealing of the roof.
