    Climate change is increasingly becoming a global challenge and already the world has started seeing
    catastrophic results in various forms such as increased frequencies of cyclones, floods, cloud bursts,
    forest fires, etc. As per UN data, Climatic changes have already caused over 150,000 deaths annually
    world over. It is now well comprehended by all the Nationsthat unless emphasis is made and actions
    are taken to control the climate degeneration, theworld will face irreversible catastrophic damage.

    Paryavaran Sanrakshan Gatividhi (PSG):

    Paryavaran Sanrakshan is an organization dedicated to improving the environment. 500+ district with
    volunteers pan India are part of this organization. The aim of the organization is to make tangible and
    measurable changes to improve the quality of environment through various activities and awareness
    campaigns.

    NSPC at a Glance:

    The organisation has grown leaps and bounds achieving phenomenal results making it a success
    story. We were pleasantly surprised to acknowledge that 103 foreign countries participated in the
    competition.
    We took baby steps in organising National Students Paryavaran Competition (NSPC) online in the
    year 2022. In this competition more than 55 thousand schools and 8,46,000 students participated
    across the country.

    In the year 2023 more than 72,000 Educational institutes and more than 6,50,000 students
    participated. The icing on the cake was that 103 foreign countries also participated in this completion.
    This year we are expecting much more participation than previous two years.

    Aims & Objectives of the Program:

    1. Holistic Actions for Revival of Indian Traditions (HARIT).


    2. To create awareness amongst young minds and the next generation to comprehend
    the in-depth complexity of the looming dangers of uncontrolled climate devastation.
    3. To acquire knowledge on the job skills, competency & attitude to confront the
    environmental challenges & their mitigation.

    Action plan: National Students Paryavaran Competition (NSPC)

    To ensure maximum participation from our future leaders and beloved students, we are
    organizing a National Students Paryavaran Competition on matters related to environmental
    concerns & their possible solutions.

    You all are Ambassadors of this noble initiative.

    In case you are already a member of PSG then you are requested to motivate and
    coordinate with:-

    a) State Board level institutions/college/University to participate in this competition


    inlarge numbers.

    b) Private school/college/university associations at city or district levels to participate


    inthis competition in large numbers.

    There is an open invitation for Vice Chancellors, Principals of the schoolsand


    Colleges to participate in this noble cause and become nationwide flag bearers.

    B. Group: From Class 6thto Class 8th
    C. Group: From Class 9thto Class 12th
    D. Group: From UG PG & Research Scholar

    5. Rewards:

    ● All participating schools/college/university will be given an E-certificate by the PSG.


    ● All participating students will be awarded E-certificates.
    ● All rights of competition are reserved with the NSPC.
