FINAL PROGRAMME
.
ALL RIDERS TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE THEIR SCHEDULED RACE TIME.
PLEASE NOTE due to the girls group being too big to go off as one it has been split
The Girl groups will get colour coded stickers in addition to the age group:
Due to the size of the groups and in the interest of safety, the Sub Junior Boys and Youth 15 Boys will
be split into two separate races.
Please note on the group split Sub-junior Boys and Youth 15 Boys is done purely for safety reasons as
the group size on entries are close to 200. Therefore the groups are spit in two. Youth 15 riders with
seeding up to position 96 obtained from 2023 will be placed in Group 1 the remainder of the field in
group 2 (This is roughly half of the total group)
Sub- Junior Boys had the opportunity to obtain seeding at the Cycle Lab Bike Park. They are placed in
Group 1 with 20 other riders randomly selected from the race file. The remainder of the field will
start in group 2.
The times recorded of the rider will place him in a position on the log as one category irrespective of
the group he started and earn points accordingly.
Future starting times and groups will be determined by accumulative times across all races.
MAKE SURE YOUR RIDERS ARE IN AWARE OF THE STARTING GROUPS AND TIMES.
Due to the time constraints that an extra category places on the program, we are also reverting to
one prize giving for everyone at the end of the programme.
PLEASE NOTE THAT TIMES HAVE CHANGED due to Sub Junior and Youth 15 Boys needing
to be split.
