    MOTION FOR EXTENSION


    I, respondent ________________, by myself and unto this Honorable
    Office, most respectfully submit this Motion and state, THAT.:

    1. On August, 2021, I received a copy of a Formal Charges on the above-


    captioned cases, requiring me to submit my Answers within five (5) days
    from their receipt;

    2. I however would not be able to submit the required answers within the
    said period as I was advised by my counsel that in view of the nature and
    gravity of the allegations as well as the number of formal charges issued
    against me, he shall require considerable amount of time to thoroughly
    study the case and draft an intelligent answer thereto;

    3. Moreover, I shall need significant amount of time to gather evidence,


    documentary and/or testimonial, which would be pertinent to my
    defenses;

    4. With this, I am constrained to request for an additional period of ten (10)


    days from this date or until __________, to submit my answers to the
    said charges;

    5. Lastly, this motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of this case
    but only due to the foregoing reasons.

    WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this motion be


    GRANTED and that I be given an additional period of TEN (10) DAYS from this
    date or until _________________ to submit my Answer.
