    With utmost courtesy unto this Honorable Court of Appeals, petitioners,


    by and through counsel, most respectfully submit the following compliance to
    the 06 January 2012 Resolution of this appellate court which was received by the
    undersigned on January 17, 2012 and hereto state, viz-

    1. The office address and notarial commission of the notary public are:

    a. Office address: BASA BALAGTEY LAW OFFICES, 1st Flr. Abriol Bldg.,
    Benitez Court cpd.,Magsaysay Ave., Baguio City; and

    b. Notarial Commission: N.A No. 56-NC-10-R

    2. In conformity with Sec. 11, Rule 13 of the Rules of Court, the service and
    filing of the petition was served and filed by means of registered mail due
    to distance, time constraints and travel expenses if service and filing was
    conducted through personal filing; and

    3. Original copies of the assailed October 27, 2011 and July 1, 2010 resolutions
    of the Civil Service Commissions are hereto attached as Annexes “A” and
    “B” respectively.
    Other just and equitable reliefs are also prayed for.
