    Terms & Condition:

     Providing all the necessary Manpower, Materials, Equipment’s and services required for the execution and completion of
    work in accordance with the specifications.

     The price shown include the cost of supervision, materials, execution of work, Labor and service cost of equipment and
    tools/consumables to complete the work.it also includes the food. Accommodation and transportation case.

     The work will be completed as per Client Specification and requirements with all the required safety and quality standards.

     Unit rate price based on the given bill of quantity and line of items. Any addition of the quantities or new line item of works’
    or Manual asphalt paving the same will be charged extra and will be priced separately.

     The work permit, permit receiver, Gate pass, I. D’s Issuance for work will be in the scope of main contractor.

     Safety, Q.C, Third Party will be the responsibility of Main Contractor.

     Site office and site store facility shall be provided by the main contractor.

     Any delay due to the design changes or access due to the main contractor / other will be borne by main contractor.

     Purchase Order to be Issued before mobilization. We reserve the irrevocable right to demobilize our all resources If enough
    fronts are not available for work.

     Advance payment shall be 50% against Purchase Order.

     The 25% payment shall be after completion of Base Course Work.

     The Remaining 25% payment shall be after the completion of Asphalt Wearing-Course.

     Quotation Validity: 20 days from the date of offer, after that time it will be subject to review.
