General Administration

 Ensure smooth running of Canteen

 Clearing of invoices related to canteen

Talent Acquisition, Sourcing &Selection


 Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse
sources after identification of manpower requirements for new/existing departments.
 Strategizing methods for sourcing applicants and deciding the sourcing mix.
 Networking though references, web portals, campus interview, social sites etc,
Monitoring & administering the complete life cycle of an employee.
 Collecting employee referrals and short-listing candidates.
 Co- ordination with all departments for identifying the manpower requirements.
 Liaising with various recruitments consultants for timely closing of all vacant positions.
 Salary fitment and on boarding the candidates.
 Completing online joining formalities for new joiners.
 Conducting campus recruitments to fulfill the requirement of department .

Compensation & Benefits Management, Statutory Compliance


 Statutory compliance work and implementation of rules relating to Factories Act, Shop &
Establishment Act, Contract Labour Regulation Abolition Act, Employee Provident Fund
and Miscellaneous Act, Employee State Insurance Corporation Act, Professional Tax and
other allied statutory law relating to Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act,
Payment of Gratuity Act, Industrial Dispute Act, POSH, etc.
 Managing the complete life-cycle of payroll of employees.
 Solve employee grievance of PF and gives the awareness session about PF, ESIC,
Labour Welfare activities & other deductions.
 Factory administration, coordinates meeting and settlement of wages along with disputes
with workmen / government official’s representative for smooth operation of HR system.
 Looking after the attendance management system and coordination of on time salary
disbursement for HO & Factory.
 Leave Management as per Act & Rule.
 Salary processing of more than 250 + employees of various categories, salary
disbursement, liaising with bank, on boarding of new recruits, labour contractor’s bill
checking and processing.
 Preparing budget for personnel and administration cost based upon the past trends and
future trend analysis.
 Ensuring strict adherence of the applicable of labour laws.
 Other Admin activities like Security, Transport Vendor Management, new business units
rent negotiation and finalizing agreement.

Employee Relations &Employee Engagement


 Driving various initiatives to creating fun / excitement at work place, introduce
innovative and creative HR initiatives, culture building.
 Support employees in understanding various HR Policies like, Medical, Lta, employee
referral etc.
 Celebrating all major local festivals and involving the employees to make the event
successful.
 Understand and employee concerns on individual basis and address the same
 Conducting career discussions with high performing employees of on an individual basis
in alignment with the reporting manager.
 Organizing various engagement activities at different levels to enhance belongingness
with the teams.
 Initiating the get together and annual meet in the company.
Industrial Relation
 Grievance Redressal and resolution modes of the Employees to weed out causes of
grouse as part of preventive harmonious initiatives in the factory.
 Organizing periodical meetings with Workers , work committee, Canteen management
committee, Statutory review, etc.
 Liaison with Government Authorities (Labour Directorate, Local Gram Panchayat, Police
and administration.)
Contract Labour Management
 Follow the complete process of contract labour. Agreement, Clra Registration renewal,
monthly bills, statutory returns(Principal Employer Annual return and Contractor’s Half
and annual Return)
 Ensure the labour payment on time with presence of company employee.
 Handle Labour issues and look after the adequate supply of contract labour as well.
Performance Appraisal & Training and Development
 Managing the complete Performance appraisal cycle for all business units and payroll
employees.
 Analysing the Training needs and coordinating In House Training Modules, methods and
finalizing on external trainers cost and modules.
