    RESOLUTION NO. 017-s-2023

    A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE WATER WAYS (CANAL)/PATHWAYS, KALYE PUTOL


    CONCRETING OF ROAD AND REHABILITATION OF SENIOR CITIZEN HALL AS THE PRIORITY
    PROJECT/S OF THE BARANGAY MALAYA AS LISTED IN THE ATTACHED AIP, AMOUNTING TO
    ONE MILLION PESOS (PHP 1,000,000.00) TO BE FUNDED UNDER THE LGU FUND.
    WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council has endorsed for approval and adoption by the Sangguniang
    Barangay the three (3) Priority Projects of Barangay Malaya to be funded by the LGU of Mariveles;
    WHEREAS, after review, the said Priority Projects is found to be in line with the development policies of the
    Barangay Government and the City/Municipal Development Council,
    WHEREAS, the three (3) Priority Projects among others was discussed during the 17th Regular Session:
    WHEREAS, majority of the Council members present identified and agreed the WATER WAYS
    (CANAL)/PATHWAYS, KALYE PUTOL CONCRETING OF ROAD AND SENIOR CITIZEN HALL REHABILITATION are the
    priority project/s of the barangay:
    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Joselito S. Artates III and jointly seconded by the rest of the Sangguniang
    Barangay members present, be it
    BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Barangay In session duly assembled, as it is hereby resolved to approved
    and adopt the Barangay Priority Project as endorsed by the Barangay Development Council

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to all concerned for their information and
    consideration.
