    It is informed that vide reference 1st cited above, this office submitted “Pre-
    Feasibility Check along with Annexure- II template”. (prepared by the Consultants of
    APUIAML) The total estimated project cost for up-gradation/improvement for 232 roads
    File No.TRB02-MDR0CW(IMPS)/85/2023-DEE-V-SRW

    was Rs. 768.39 Cr and the proposals was submitted for according administrative sanction
    for these works.

    In continuation of the above, I am herewith submitting the detailed Project report of


    “Project Proposal for High Priority Roads for Funding Under Disaster Mitigation
    Funds” in Andhra Pradesh ( Volume-I) with Annexure -III -Template - Detailed Project
    report under Mile Stone-II program, as per the SDMF norms.

    This proposal is submitted for favour of according administrative sanction for 232
    works for Rs. 768.39 Cr.
    Encl: 1. Copy of the letter from Team Leader, Urban Planning & PPP Domain dt 22-01-2024.
    2. Draft Milestone -II i.e., Detailed Project Report
