    Great ricotta

    Great tasting, good texture, good price. Used in a


    recipe and it was great.

    Excellent ricotta

    Really excellent, especially for baking. It's a fairly dry


    ricotta so there isn't a lot of water/moisture that you
    have to remove or that will ruin your food.

    our whole family eats it. It's has a light flavour and is
    great on crackers and toast. A great little find!
