    Subject: 22nd All Odisha Nalco Tennis Tournament - December 2023

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    We are thrilled to announce the upcoming 22nd All Odisha Nalco Tennis Tournament, set to take place at
    Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar, from December 8th to 10th, 2023. This tournament will showcase a variety
    of competitive categories. Below, you'll find a list of the events along with their respective entry fees:

    4 Women’s Open Singles 300 Born Till 31/12/2008
    5 Men’s Open Singles 300 Born Till 31/12/2008
    6 Men’s Open Doubles 500 Born Till 31/12/2008
    7 Men’s Veteran [ 40 years] Doubles 500 Born On or Before 31/12/1983
    8 Men’s Veteran [ 50 years ] Doubles 500 Born On or Before 31/12/1973
    9 Men’s Veteran [60 years ] Doubles 500 Born On or Before 31/12/1963

    Payment Details:
    Entry fees should be transferred to Prabin Kumar Nayak via UPI ID - prabin.kn.92-3@okaxis

    Participants and teams interested in joining the tournament are kindly requested to complete the payment of
    the entry fees and register via the provided link below at least two days before the tournament's
    commencement.

    Terms and Conditions:


    Each player is allowed to participate in a maximum of 2 events. Please note that a player participating in
    both Singles and Doubles will be considered as entering two events.
    Failure to mention AITA Regn No will not be considered for Seedings.
    Match formats (games/sets) will be announced after the draws have been finalised.
    Entry fees must be paid before the closing deadline.
    All matches will adhere to the rules, regulations, and code of conduct outlined by the All India Tennis
    Association & International Tennis Federation.
    Professional coaches are not permitted to participate in any event, except for the Men’s Open Doubles
    category.
    Accommodation will not be provided for participants.
    The Tournament Referee's decisions will be considered final in all tournament matters.
    All players are required to have their national identity card (ID) available for presentation to the referee
    when requested. Failure to produce your national identity card (ID) upon request may result in
    disqualification.

    We are eagerly looking forward to your enthusiastic participation in the tournament. Your involvement is
