    Minutes of Meeting
    A meeting of IQAC-PCIU was held on September 26, 2024, at 11:00 am in the conference
    room of PCIU. This meeting was presided over by Prof. Dr. Engr. Mafzal Ahmed, Dean,
    Faculty of Science & Engineering, PCIU. In this meeting, the following agenda-wise issues
    were discussed.
    Agenda 01: BNQF course codes
    Discussions 01:
    All departmental Chairmen submitted a preliminary draft of the subject wise BNQF course
    codes. Hon’ble Vice Chancellor asked all to make a systematic uniform code by maintaining
    BAC guidelines. Meanwhile, a standard guidelines regarding BNQF course code will be
    provided by IQAC with in a short period of time.
    Agenda 01: Miscellaneous
    Discussions 01:
    All the departmental Chairmen expressed their views on credit hours and referring to BNQF
    academic policy, proposed that 1 credit hour should be conducted for 1 hour and each course
    should be run for 14 weeks in a semester. It was decided that their proposal will be forwarded
    to the higher authority for their consideration.
    It was also decided by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor that all Chairmen will make a class
    routine that will be sent to the higher authority for further instructions.
    Agenda 02: Miscellaneous
    Discussions 02:
    In the meeting, Hon’ble Director-IQAC requested all the departmental Chairmen to follow
    the latest guidelines of BAC to prepare the next Self-Assessment Report. It is also advised by
    IQAC that all departments need to take proper guidance from the respective faculty Deans to
    prepare the continuous quality improvement (CQI) of making SAR report.
