    Dear sir, we are pleased to quote our most competitive rates for the following items: -

    A BASEMENT RAFT WATERPROOFING WORK Arment
    HDPE Basement Raft Waterproofing Work
    Providing and laying 1.2 mm thick HDPE pressure sensitive adhesive
    waterproofing membrane which bond integrally to poured concrete having
    elongation >500%, Puncture resistance >=800N and Tensile strength 21 Mpa
    .Adjacent rolls to be aligned and overlapped 80 mm at side and 100 mm at
    ends, and the overlaps are well rolled with a firm pressure using a lap roller to
    2 ensure complete adhesion and continuity between the layers etc., complete, as Sq.Mtr 595 625
    directed by Engineers-in charge, including the cost of all labour, materials,
    T&P with all leads and lifts.

    Note: Dr. Fixit (2.4 mtr x 20 mtr) & MYK (1.2mtr X 20 mtr)

    B BASEMENT RETAINING WALL WATERPROOFING WORK


    Retaining Wall Primer Application

    Providing and primer should be applied on treated, dry concrete surface at


    1 coverage of 4 to 6 sqm per liter using a brush or roller. Primer should be
    allowed to dry for minimum 2 hrs. The SBS after application of primer. Sq.Mtr 85
    membrane should be fixed within 24 hours.

    SBS Retaining Wall Waterproofing Work

    Providing and vertically align 1.5 mm thick SELF ADHESIVE SBS


    MEMBRANE WITH HDPE LINING to retaining wall having elongation
    >300%, Puncture resistance >200N and Tensile strength 200N/5cm. Adjacent
    2 rolls to be aligned and overlapped 75 mm at side and 75mm at ends, and the Sq.Mtr 560 550
    overlaps are well rolled with a firm pressure using a lap roller to ensure
    complete adhesion and continuity between the layers etc., complete, as
    directed by Engineers-in charge, including the cost of all labour, materials,
    T&P with all leads and lifts.
    C SWELLABLE BAR

    Providing and fixing swellable bar 20 X 10 mm at construction joint and


    1 junction of raft and retaining wall all complete as specified and as directed by RM 350 350
    the Engineer -n-charge.

    D PROTECTION BOARD FOR RETAINING WALL


    Drain Board
    Over the installed waterproofing membrane, providing and laying HDPE
    1 Nodular Drainage sheet DRAIN BOARD 8mm drainage protection for below
    ground structures having 1907 nodules/sqm with thickness 8mm with non Sq.Mtr 210 210
    woven calendared polypropylene. Maintaining overlap of at least 10 cm.

    Terms & Conditions:


    1. GST 18% extra on Material and Labor cost.
    2. Payment terms: 70% advance along with order and remaining on weekly basis.
    3. Material storage at site to be provided by your good selves.
    4. We can start work within 3-4 Days after receipt of PO/Work order.
    5. Water, Electricity & scaffolding arrangement at site will be in Client/Principal scope.
    6. Primary cleaning on client scope & secondary cleaning on BRTC scope.
    7. 10 years warranty from the date of completion of work done.
    8. Quotation valid for 30 days.
