Businessman:

(llega al mostrador con pasos fuertes) *

"Hey! I need a first-class ticket to New York, now. I don’t have all day, so
move it!"

Receptionist:

"Good morning, sir. I can help you with that. Can I get some details
about your flight? Are you looking for a one-way or round-trip ticket?"

Businessman:

(impaciente) *

"Are you serious? I said first-class to New York, and I said now. Why are
you wasting time with questions? Just book the damn ticket!"

Receptionist:

"I understand, sir, but I need the details to complete the booking. Is it a
one-way or round trip, and when would you like to return?"

Businessman:

"One-way! I’ll figure out the return later. God, how hard can it be to book
a simple flight? If I ran this place, it wouldn’t be such a disaster."

Receptionist:

"Thank you. Let me check availability for you."

(busca en la computadora) *

"It seems like the next flight is in two hours, and I do have a first-class
seat available."

Businessman:
"Two hours? What kind of third-rate airport are you running here? I need
to be on that flight immediately, not in two hours. How hard is it to get
this right?!"

(golpea la mesa) *

"Figure it out!"

Receptionist:

(manteniendo la calma) *

"Sir, I understand you're in a rush, but I can only offer what's available.
The system shows—"

Businessman:

"I don't give a damn about your system! I said now! Move me up or find
a way. That’s your job, isn’t it? Or are you too incompetent for that?"

Receptionist:

"Sir, I’ll kindly ask you to remain calm and respectful, or I won’t be able
to assist you further."

Businessman:

(se inclina hacia adelante con una mirada amenazante) *

"Don’t tell me to calm down, you little—! Do you know who I am? I could
buy and sell this place with my spare change! Do you really want to lose
your job today?"

Receptionist:

"Sir, if you continue this behavior, I will have to call security."

Businessman:
(grita) *

"Call them! Call whoever you want! This is a joke! I don’t need to take
orders from some nobody behind a desk."

Receptionist:

(mantiene la compostura y levanta el teléfono) *

"Security, I need immediate assistance at the ticket counter."

Businessman:

"Oh, here we go. Calling the mall cops now? Pathetic!"

(ríe de manera burlona) *

"You’re going to regret this!"

(llega un oficial de seguridad) *

Security Officer:

"Sir, we’ve been called to address a disturbance. I need you to calm

down and step away from the counter."

Businessman:

(mirando al oficial con desprecio) *

"Disturbance? Is that what you call asking someone to do their job? This
whole place is a joke! I’ll have all of you fired by tonight!"

Security Officer:

"Sir, you need to lower your voice and step aside now, or we’ll have to
remove you from the premises."
Businessman:

"Remove me? You? Do you even know who you’re talking to? I could buy
your job right now! I’m not going anywhere until I get what I want."

(da un paso hacia el oficial) *

"Try me."

Security Officer:

(manteniéndose firme) *

"Sir, this is your last warning. Either you step away voluntarily, or I will
physically remove you. You’re disrupting airport operations, and this
won’t be tolerated."

Businessman:

(da un paso más cerca, burlón) *

"Disrupting? No, I’m the one being disrupted by you idiots. You’re all
going to regret this."

Security Officer:

"That’s it."

(agarra al hombre por el brazo) *

"You’re coming with me."

(el oficial empieza a escoltar al hombre de negocios, quien intenta

resistir) *

Businessman:
"Get your hands off me! I’ll sue this whole place! I’ll own it by the time
I’m done with you!"

(forcejea, pero el oficial lo mantiene bajo control) *

Security Officer:

"You brought this on yourself, sir. Now you’re being escorted out. You
should have just followed instructions."

Businessman:

"This is outrageous! You’re all finished! I’ll make sure you’re out of a job
by tomorrow!"

(el oficial lo lleva fuera del aeropuerto mientras sigue gritando insultos) *

Receptionist:

(respira profundo, mirando al oficial) *

"Thanks for handling that. Have a good day."
