    1- Describe the ‘Lost City’.
    - The city walls were all broken and the houses were falling down.

    - They asked him how to make a shelter.

    - The monkeys have No rule – No leader – nothing but silly words and stealing
    little hands.

    - They asked Mowgli not to go away and that they are wonderful. They asked
    Mowgli not to leave them.

    - All the monkeys on the branches froze.

    20- Kaa warned Mowgli, to take care, for he could mistake him one day, why?
    - Kaa could see Mowgli so like the monkeys. He was afraid he might hunt him
    when he was changing his skin as he couldn’t see well.
    21- What did Mowgli offer Kaa after the battle?
    - Whenever he was hungry, Mowgli would offer goats and good hunting.

    22- ‘A brave heart and a polite tongue…you will go far in the jungle.’

    - Kaa said these words to Mowgli after the battle in the Lost City.
    - Kaa loved Mowgli’s bravery with the monkey and his generous offer to give
    him goats and other hunt to eat.
