    Shri Sagar Parashar, Advocate and Shri Rajnish Reja, GM appeared on behalf of the
    petitioner.

    The petitioner MP Power Management Co. Ltd., has filed the subject petition under section
    181 of the Electricity Act 2003, read with clause 15 and 16 of MPERC ((Methodology for
    determination of Open Access Charges and Banking Charges for Green Energy and Open
    Access Consumers) Regulations, 2023.

    At the motion hearing, the petitioner explained the genesis of the case and prayed for
    admission of the petition.

    Having heard the petitioner, the petition is admitted. The case is listed for hearing on
    24.09.2024.
