With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased
to offer you an employment in the Company as under:-

8) Remuneration
g) Medical Provisions : At the Company Clinic excluding dental and cosmetic treatment
and other exclusions as may be applicable as per the Company
Policy.
h) Leave Provisions : 30 running days for each year of service. (11 months of service
and 30 running days of paid leave thereafter). Leave will be
forfeited if not availed within one year of service. However, the
employee is permitted to avail the leave locally and encash the
leave settlements.
9) Insurance Coverage Group personal insurance with a sum insured of NZD 610/- for self as per the
current Company Policy subject to medical fitness for normal insurance coverage.
10) A limitation of one year is placed for re-employment of a similar nature in any other
company/ establishment in the New Zealand.
11) You are expected not to disclose confidential information, documents or any other company
material that you may have access-to during the course of your employment either with us or
with any other company that you may be deputed-to without due authorization.

12) This offer of employment is subject to your medical fitness duly certified by a competent medical
practitioner as per the requirements of the Company.
13) The original Passport will be kept by the Company after joining during the contract period. In case
of any emergency requirement during the non-working hours of the Company, please contact the
Head Office and the Passport will be immediately handed over to you by the Human Resources
Department.
14) Your services may be utilized anywhere in the New Zealand as per the requirements of the Company.
15) It is prohibited to work, canvass or act as commission agent for any non-associated company,
establishment, firm or freelance directly or indirectly during the tenure of the contract
unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
16) You will be governed by the New Zealand Labour Law and/or the regulations of the Company
for any matter not specified/ applied here-forth.
17) During the course of your employment, you are not authorized to handle cash and/or cash
related transaction without written authorization from FONTERRA.
Please confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions as outlined by signing the original and a
copy of the offer of employment and returning the original hereof.
