PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT MADE BETWEEN
MR ADETOKUNBO BOLAJI ADEWALE,

FK KHUJAND REPRESENTATIVE
(THE MANAGER)
AND
MR UDUMA GODWILL MBA OF UNITED STARS FOOTBALL
ACADEMY
PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
This management agreement is made this 16th day of May

2018. BETWEEN
MR ADETOKUNBO BOLAJI ADEWALE
THE FK KHUJAND REPRESENTATIVE
(Hereinafter referred to as the Manager) of the first part.
AND
MR UDUMA GODWILL MBA
OF
UNITED STARS FOOTBALL ACADEMY (Hereinafter referred to
as the parental team) of the other Part.
WHEREAS:
• The Manager ( the first party), Has requested the Admin Officer
(second party) to provide the first part football player’s to
professionally manage and market the player’s career for good 3 years.
• The manager, representing FK KHUJAND FOOTBALL CLUB located in

Dushanbe Tajikistan, has agreed to manage and market the player’s on
terms and conditions hereinafter stated.
• Both parties have agreed on the term hereinafter stated to work

together and perform their individual duties in complies with the
conditions of this Agreement.
• This Agreement shall commence from the date of the execution of

this Agreement.
THIS AGREEMENT HEREBY WITHNESS AS FOLLOWS:
OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANAGER

1. The Manager shall perform it's professional duty to secure a
contract for the player(s) with FK KHUJAND FOOTBALL CLUB during the
subsistence of the contract.
2. The Manager shall act as exclusive Agent for the player(s) in all
negotiations relating to the professional management, making and
transfer of player(s) from it's club to any other club.
3. The Manager shall have power to delegate it's power to other

qualified professional(S) to act on it's behalf in the marketing of the
player(s) , if the need arises, with such agreement being made strictly
between the Manager and the designated professional in question.
4. The Manager will secure a Tajikistan cable visa as its professional

duty for the player(s) after the player(s) pay for its visa fee ( Letter of
invitation ), the total amount of visa fee is 150.000 Naira. The player(s)
will pay for their visa fee immediately they confirm their visa at Turkish
airline in Nigeria.
5. The coach shall support and guide the player(s) if they are ready to
buy their ticket in Nigeria.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PLAYER
1. The Player(s) shall be registered and become a bonafide member of

FK KHUJAND FOOTBALL CLUB and all clearance shall be made directly
by the MANAGER.
2. The player(s) shall perform his professional duty by working hard to

improve the standard of his game and must maintain his state of
fitness.
3. The player(s) shall obey all professional decisions and suggestions
taken by the manager on his behalf, provided such decisions are to
improve the quality of the player(s) performance and for the general
progress of his career.
4. The Player(s) is not permitted to have dealing with any other

manager or negotiate for himself with any club or sporting organization
including marketing others during the subsistence of his Agreement on
the three (3) years contract with the Manager.
5. The Player(s) is only allowed to choose another manager or

negotiate for himself after the expiration or termination of this present
contract.
6. The Player(s) shall be allowed to terminate his contract with the

manager by giving three (3) months notice in writing providing
sufficient professionals reason to justify such action, such reason as will
be agreed by the parties, otherwise the player(s) will compensate the
manager on such terms as agreed by the parties for terminating the
contract without due course and as obtained in F.I.F.A. regulations
concerning player's management.
7. The player(s) shall pay for his visa to the manager on his first trip to
the club in Tajikistan and the player(s) shall buy his ticket himself.
8. The player(s) shall have no right to get married or Invite his Friends
except his relatives during his three(3) years contract with the manager.
9. The player(s) shall provide his Club clearance from his last club he
performed.
FEES
If the player(s) is signing a professional contract with FK KHUJAND in

Dushanbe (Tajikistan) , the player(s) shall be paid a sign-on fee to be
share as stated hereunder.
Appearance Fee (25,000 US$) shall be pay to the player immediately

the player arrives to the club.
The appearance fee shall be share in a ratio of 50:50% between the

player and the manager.
The sign-on fee (contract fee) 100,000 US$ shall be shared in a ratio of
50:50 percentage with 50% for the management and 50% for the
player(s) , the signing fee is for three (3) years.
Monthly salary of the player(s) shall belong to the player(s) 8,000US$ -

10,000US$, this will depends on player(s) performance.
The contract and appearance fee will be given to the player(s) only
before the player(s) can give the manager his percentage.
The FK KHUJAND Football Club shall provide the Player(s)

accommodation, feeding and medical during the three (3) years
contract.
The player(s) expenses shall be refund back by the Fk khujand football

management 10 days after the player(s) are sign to the club.
The FK KHUJAND shall provide a residential permit for the player(s)

during the three (3)years contract.
The club shall provide the player(s) air ticket if the player(s) wish to
travel during end of the season.
The club management shall provide the player(s) half of their air ticket
fee on Turkish airline if the player(s) are ready for their travel trip in
Nigeria.
The percentage between the first party and the second party shall be
shared in 30%-20% from the signing fee, 30% for the manager in
Tajikistan and 20% to Uduma Godwill Mba of United Stars football
academy.
The percentage between the first party and the second party shall be
shared in ration of 30%-20% from the appearance fee, 30% for the
manager in Tajikistan and 20% to Uduma Godwill Mba of United Stars
football academy.
ARBITRATION CLAUSE
All disputes, differences and questions which at any time arise between
the parties, touching or arising out of or in connection with this
agreement or its subject matter shall be referred to a single Arbitrator
or Arbitrator to be appointed by the Chief Judge of the Tajikistan High
Court.
JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the Tajikistan Law and the player
consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Tajikistan in
all matters regarding this Agreement.
ASSURANCES
Each of the parties shall execute all documents and do all things the
others requires to vest in the other, the full right title and interest in
the subject matter and to carry the documents into effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have caused their hands and seal to
be affixed the day and year first above written.
