The location of our business: Phase 1, Brgy. Bugo, Cagayan De Oro City
Sweat Treats' suggested location for operations is Phase 1 of Brgy. Bugo in Cagayan De Oro City. The
majority of locations that are close to schools, like Southfield Bugo, Bugo National High School, and
someplace near the ICI main campus near the dome of Bugo, are being evaluated as potential sites.
Each will have a space of between 100 and 280 square meters. For the purpose of storing frozen goods
locally, this area will have freezer space. An oven, a counter, a serving area, a booth for ambient display
cases, and a small area where students or other people can eat and enjoy our sweets will make up the
operating space.
Sweat Treats uses display cases that were specifically created and made for their donuts. Cold and warm
display cases with uniform designs for sweets and cold beverages will also be bought. Capital asset
purchases will be required for commercial ovens, cash registers, and point of sale (POS) accounting systems.
The company will also enter into contracts with a business to provide well-known product brands and is
presently looking for trustworthy organizations to supply its stores with yeast, flours, and fresh oils on a
regular basis. To prevent expenses from fluctuating, the organization will work to include a fixed product
rate in the contracts. Credit and delivery procedures will also be developed.
With its suppliers, Sweet Treats hopes to build enduring, devoted relationships. The ultimate choice will be
heavily influenced by elements including background, dependability, reputation, delivery method, service,

warranty policies, and liability concerns. It is crucial that our suppliers have regional and possibly national
coverage due to the potential for the company's expansion ambitions in years two and three.
The establishment of shop rules and procedures will be crucial to the expansion of the business and the
professional development of its staff. The following guidelines and practices will be adopted:
