To achieve our goals, this productivity must continue to increase. Maintaining the

business' sustainability in terms of providing food services to the consumer is

fundamental.

Customers, especially parents, struggle to find a safe place to buy the things their children

want, especially when it comes to eating sweets because there are so many fake products

on the market today that can harm anyone who consumes them. As a result, providing a

healthy and clean workplace is essential to putting customers at ease once they enter our

store.

All ages are able to purchase our product, all ingredients are edible and convenient for children,

teenagers, adults, and elderly . This will assist us more to grow and market our company.

The main promotions we run to highlight our shop to the target customers in our shop are

handing out and posting some flyers and using social media platforms. By doing these we can

rest assured that somehow in a good way our shop will be able to get recognized by the people.

Sweet Bites

We chose the name Sweet Bites the Budget Friendly Dessert Shop for our business because this is a meal

that is considered to be eye capturing sweet course for any purchaser at any age, the name sweet bites

summarize the exquisite relish of our dessert. The design depicts a sweet food that everyone enjoys, and the

pink color of the logo stands for sweetness and charm.

4.1 Market Segmentation

Sweet Treats wants to promote to a large customer base. However, we have identified the following

categories as targeted segments that support our growth projections:

5.2 Materials

The location of our business: Phase 1, Brgy. Bugo, Cagayan De Oro City

Sweat Treats' suggested location for operations is Phase 1 of Brgy. Bugo in Cagayan De Oro City. The

majority of locations that are close to schools, like Southfield Bugo, Bugo National High School, and

someplace near the ICI main campus near the dome of Bugo, are being evaluated as potential sites.

Each will have a space of between 100 and 280 square meters. For the purpose of storing frozen goods

locally, this area will have freezer space. An oven, a counter, a serving area, a booth for ambient display

cases, and a small area where students or other people can eat and enjoy our sweets will make up the

operating space.

6.1 Facilities and Equipment

Sweat Treats uses display cases that were specifically created and made for their donuts. Cold and warm

display cases with uniform designs for sweets and cold beverages will also be bought. Capital asset

purchases will be required for commercial ovens, cash registers, and point of sale (POS) accounting systems.

6.2 Suppliers and Alliances

The company will also enter into contracts with a business to provide well-known product brands and is

presently looking for trustworthy organizations to supply its stores with yeast, flours, and fresh oils on a

regular basis. To prevent expenses from fluctuating, the organization will work to include a fixed product

rate in the contracts. Credit and delivery procedures will also be developed.

With its suppliers, Sweet Treats hopes to build enduring, devoted relationships. The ultimate choice will be
