Reports to: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Location: CHENGALPET

Education Qualifications
Essential: Desirable:
Bachelor’s degree or Post – Graduate.
Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B sales within
the real estate industry, with a track record of
success in leadership roles.
Strong understanding of real estate market
dynamics, sales strategies, and client needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with the company's business

goals.

 Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.

 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly

 Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.

 Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture. Conduct regular training and

development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, stakeholders, and decision-

makers.

 Understand clients' needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.

 Oversee the negotiation and closing of major deals and contracts.

 Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline management, conversion rates, and

revenue growth.

 Develop and implement effective sales processes and tools to streamline operations.

 Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business opportunities.

 Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and growth

opportunities.
