Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 750 gm
Oil 1½ cup
Bay Leaf 1 pc
Black Pepper Whole ¼ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1½ tsp
Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
Crushed Red chili ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Onion Chopped 3 Medium
Dry Coriander Powder ½ tsp Roasted
Dry Cumin Powder ½ tsp Roasted
Hot Spicy Powder ½ tsp
Chickpea Powder 2 tsp
Poppy Seed 1 tsp
Salt To Taste
Curd ½ cup
Nutmeg Mace Powder ½ Tbs
Green Chili 2-3 pcs
Ginger Juline cut
Charcoal Smoke 1 pc
Green Coriander For Topping
Raita:
Yogurt 1½ Cups
Garlic 3 Clove
Green Coriander ¼ Bunch
Mint ¼ Bunch
Cumin As Required
Green Chili 3-4 pcs
Salt ½ tsp
Method:
For Dum Keema:
Start by heating the oil in a pan and adding ginger garlic paste. Then, add onions and turn
down the heat. When the onions turn brown, add the bay leaf and chicken mince. The color of
the chicken mince will start changing, then add black pepper, red chili powder, crushed red
chili, turmeric powder, roasted dry coriander, roasted dried cumin powder, all spice powder,
and yogurt. Cook it until the mince is properly cooked, then add chickpea powder and poppy
seed. In the end, give it a cold smoke and garnish it with ginger, onion, lemon slices, and
green chili. You can serve it with Raita and paratha.
