B1: I received a gift, which is 2 plane tickets to Hongkong. There are 3

suggestions to invite someone to go with me: my mother, my boyfriend, and
my best friend.
From my point of, going with my best friend would be the best choice because of many reasons.

- We are really keen on traveling. Actually, we have visited many places

together.
- She can understand me / and take care of me very well during the trips we
have ever had.
Many people would choose to go with boyfriend or girlfriend. However, as for
me, it’s not a good choice.
Finally, going with my mother is not a good choice, either simply because she is
too busy and she has no time travelling.
Therefore,
You know, my sister has just graduated and she hasn’t found a job yet. There
three recommendations that I give her: Continuing studying Master program,
attending a cooking course, taking a soft skill course. From my point of view,
taking a soft skill course (such as communication skill) would be the best option
because of the following reasons. In the first place, it’s a way for her to
communicate with others and improve positive behaviors and limit negative
ones. The second reason I would like to mention is that she knows how to
control her feelings. When it comes to the other two options, I think that a lot
of people would opt for attending a cooking course because it’s an important
life skill for everybody, especially a woman. However, as for her, it’s not a good
choice because she can learn through videos online. Finally, continuing studying
Master program is not a good choice, either because it’s very costly and time-

program because it’s improving her major knowledge and opening up better job
opportunities in the future. However, as for me, it’s not a good choice because
it’s very costly and time-consuming. Finally, attending a cooking course is not a
choice, either because she can learn from her mother. Therefore, i would have to
say that taking a soft skill course is the best choice for her.
You know, my brother has just passed the exam to a famous
university. My parents are still considering about giving him a
special present. There are 2 options: buying a new smartphone for
him, buying him a mini flat or giving him exactly what he needs. In
my opinion, buying him a smartphone would be the best choice
for many reasons.
The first reason is my parents can call him whenever they want. Or
even they can contact him by video calls. The second reason I want
to mention is it can give him a chance to relax after school by
listening to music or playing some games. I don’t think buying him
a flat is a good choice because it’s costly. Finally, giving him what
he wants is not a good choice. I think that he can be spoiled if my
parents overindulge him.

From my point of view, buying a smart phone would be the best

choice because of the following reasons. first, it can offer him a
chance to stay in touch with his family and his friends. Moreover,
he can use this phone to find documents easily catering for his
study. Finally, it is a way for him to refresh his mind after a hard
working day after school by playing games, surfing web and
suchlike.
