    Result and Revaluation reminder- (Stds.

    I to X)
    Dear parents,
    The Result and Revaluation of the 1st Terminal Examination is scheduled on
    7th December, 2024.
    The students have already been informed about the venue, timings and slots. Kindly coordinate
    with your child about the same. Please refer to the note in the calendar.
    (Students of Stds I to IV have already received a printed note from the school.)

    Important Points for Result and Revaluation:-


    1. Kindly bring the calendar or the fee- receipt of the child to collect the result.
    2. The answer scripts can be revaluated by the parent only if the fees till November 2024 are
    paid.
    3. Only 1 parent per child is allowed for the result and revaluation process.
    4. In case the parent is unable to attend, he/she may authorize a person in writing. This
    authorized person will get the scored marks of the subjects. Answer papers will not be shown to
    this authorized person. The authorized person must carry ID proof.
    5. Parents should return the answer papers to the concerned class teacher before leaving. The
    answer papers will not be shown after the scheduled time.
    6. Parents are not allowed to see, compare and revaluate papers of other students. Parents
    should not click photographs of the answer sheets on their mobiles.
    7. In case the cheque is deposited at the time of Result and Revaluation, answer papers will not
    be shown to the parent. Only scored marks will be shown. Online receipt can only be made
    available after the realization of the cheque.
    8. We also encourage you to use our new online fee payment app for hassle free payments.
    *Please be aware that while we have introduced an online payment facility for your
    convenience, any additional charges or fees incurred during the transaction process will be the
    responsibility of the parent/guardian and has to be borne by the parent/guardian. We
    recommend reviewing these charges carefully before completing your payment.
    * Additionally, we kindly request that parents avoid using QR CC as a mode of payment, as this
    method results in a lower amount being received for the fees.
    Please use any other payment methods to ensure the full amount is processed correctly to the
    school.
    9. Kindly wear proper attire (formals) while visiting the school and be punctual.
    10. It’s a request to all the parents to complete the procedures and update the fee page in the
    calendar from the school office in advance for the smooth completion of the result and
    revaluation.
    11. No other work but the work of Result and Revaluation will be processed on this day. If
    parents have any other difficulties, they can meet the HM or the teacher in the meeting timings
    mentioned in the calendar.
