TOPIC: ILLEGAL MIGIRATION

INTRODUCTION

The migration is the way for the movement of people from one place to another
for various reasons, often through borders. To better understand this
phenomenon, we will highlight at first his causes, then his disadvantages and
finally his potential solutions.

I) . THE CAUSES OF AFRICAN MIGRATION.

For the cause, we had at the economic level:

the high unemployment rate. Poverty and low income in rural areas. Look for
better job opportunities in urban areas or abroad.

b. At the political level: political instability and corruption. Civil wars and
armed conflicts (for example, Sudan, Somalia). Persecution and lack of political
freedom.

c. At the environmental level: climate change (droughts, desertification and

floods). Loss of arable land and food insecurity. Natural disasters forcing people
to relocate.

d. the social level: mediocre access to education and health care. Family
reunification and better living conditions. Influence of social networks abroad
encouraging migration.

II) THE DISADVANTAGES OF MIGRATION.

The disadvantages of migration are:

a. For countries of origin, brain fear: skilled loss of work such as doctors,
engineers and teachers. Economic Decrease: Reduced labor affecting
productivity and growth. Social strain: family separations and disruption
of the community.

b. For overpopulation of destination countries: housing constraint, health

care and social services. Cultural tensions: potential increase in
xenophobia and social conflicts. Work Exploitation: Migrants often face
poor working conditions and low-solid wages.

c. For migrants themselves psychological impact: stress, depression and
cultural adjustment challenges. Vulnerability: risk of trafficking in human
beings and exploitation. Legal Issues: Struggles with obtaining legal
status and protections to deal with migration.

To combats this phenomenon, we will propose some solution.

III) SOLUTIONS TO DEAL WITH MIGRATION.

a. Tackle the root causes economic development: invest in job creation,

education and skills development. Political Stability: Strengthen governance and
reduce corruption. Environmental adaptation: implement agricultural practices
and management of eliminating climate-resilient disasters.

b. International Cooperation Regional Integration: Encourage free movement in

regions such as ECOWAS. World support: developed countries to aid and
support sustainable development in Africa.

C. Legal Migration Management Countries: Facilitate safe and legal migration

routes. Support for migrants: Provide integration programs, legal aid and
language training in host countries. Anti-traffic measures: Strengthen efforts to
combat trafficking in human beings and smuggling.

CONCLUSION

Migration is a complex phenomenon with positive and negative impacts.

Tackling its root causes and effective management requires a global and
cooperative approach. With appropriate solutions, migration can benefit both
countries of origin and destination while protecting the migration of rights.
