FACTORS AFFECTING CRIMINOLOGY INTERN PERFORMANCE AT BIT IC

Statement of the Problem. This study aims to determine the Factors

Affecting Criminology Intern Performance.

To meet this general objective, the following questions will be sought:

1. What is the demographic profile of the respondent considering their;

a. Age

b. Gender

2. How are the performances of the Criminology Interns, in terms of

their;

a. Personal Characteristics

b. Attitude towards the Job

c. Job Performances

d. Adherence to Office Policies

e. Competence

3. What are the contributing factors that affects the performance of

Criminology Interns, in terms of;

a. Individual Factor

b. Institutions Support

c. Organizational Environment
4. Which among the contributing factors that affects the performance

of Criminology Interns?

Null Hypothesis

There is no significant difference in performance between Criminology

Interns at BIT IC Jagna Campus based on the factors under investigation.

Research Environment and Subjects

The study will be conducted at BIT IC Jagna Campus, located in

Poblacion, Jagna, Bohol. It will be focusing on the fourth year (4 th year)

Criminology Interns of the institution during the Academic Year 2024-2025.

A group of senior students from the College of Criminal Justice in BIT IC

Jagna Campus are conducting a research study entitled, “FACTORS

AFFECTING CRIMINOLOGY INTERN PERFORMANCE AT BIT IC JAGNA
