RS4 v2

Assembly instruction
RS4 v2
-3D Printed bodies of RS4v2 Custom Kit (MJF -Nylon / SLA –ABS printing is recommended)
-G305 parts and G305 PCB
-Znterrechargeable AAA battery(or other AAA battery)
-Grease(Optional)
-Screws : Screws from G305 , M1.4 x 3mm , M1.4 x 5mm , M1.6 x 6mm
-4 Disc Magnets : 4mm(d)x3mm(T)
Fix disc magnets with glue : 4mm(d) x 3mm(T)
* Pay attention to the direction
G305 Stock wheel or Custom wheel (choose 1)

1) Put the G305 stock slider part in


2) Assemble Wheel, G305 PCB and Base (M1.4 / 3mm Screws)
3) Assemble Switches and Frame (M1.4 / 3mm Screws)
4) Assemble Frame and Base (M1.4 / 5mm Screws)

*Be careful of wiring during battery holder assembly.


*Use glue gun if it doesn't hold well.
Assemble side button and body
(M1.4 / 3mm Screws)

M1.6 / 6mm Screws

M1.4 / 5mm Screws


*It is possible to fix from top to
bottom or from bottom to top.
M1.4 / 5mm Screws
M1.4 / 3mm Screws

*Optional files have thicker click feet(+0.3 mm). You can


adjust the click travel length through sanding.
