    SYNOPSIS:
    At 3:00 AM today, Tropical Storm "LEON" {KONG-REY} was estimated based on all available
    data at 850 km East of Central Luzon (16.5 °N, 130.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85
    km/h and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. it is moving Westward at 10 km/h.

    FORECAST:
    SOCCSKSARGEN Region will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or
    thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during
    severe thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds will prevail from the west direction and the
    wave height of coastal waters will be slight to moderate (1.2 to 2.5 meters).

    PAGTAYA:
    Ang Rehiyon ng SOCCSKSARGEN ay makakaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa
    maulap na papawirin na may pulo - pulong pag - ulan, pagkidlat at pagkulog dahil sa Localized
    Thunderstorms. Posible itong magdulot ng mga biglaang pagbaha o pagguho ng lupa sa
    tuwing may panahong severe thunderstorms. Katamtaman hanggang sa malakas ang iiral na
    ihip ng hangin na nagmumula sa kanlurang direksyun at ang alon sa mga baybaying dagat ay
    magiging banayad hanggang sa katamtaman (mula sa taas ng 1.2 hanggang 2.5 metro).
