Executive Summary

“Bikolathè Y Tàblerinòs” is a new food chain focused on providing


tasty, high-quality food in a cozy environment for our customers. We will
offer a specialties featuring Biko and Tablea, catering to the appetites of
every Filipino. Our target customers include youth, professionals, and
anyone looking for affordable and delicious food in their area. We are
committed to the sustainability of traditional Filipino food by creating
modern dishes that maintain the purity of the original recipes. Our
financial projections indicate a strong potential for profitability, and we are
seeking funding to launch our first product.

“ Bikolathè Y Tàblerinòs “ is a product that we’ll create and owned
by NCID Company, wherein shared by seven youth students . It is
operated to provide a unique and tastable food for Filipinos . We believe
that making a traditional food that combined modern drinks will embark
good impact to the customers and help them embraces Filipino traditional
food. Our core values are tastable , affordable , saturable and
uniqueness.

Market Analysis
The Food chain industry is thriving market with a strong growth
potential. Our target customers are youth , professionals and those people
who’s looking for an affordable and delicious food in their area. Bikolathè Y
Tàblerinòs aims to offer a high-quality specialties centered around Biko
and Tablea., catering specifically to the taste and preferences of our target
customers. This product primarily target customers are youth ,
professionals, and families or someone that looking a affordable food. Our
competitors include Fast-Casual chains , food truck and street vendors.
We will differentiate ourselves through our commitment to sustainability ,
health consciousness and digital engagement.

Marketing sales and strategy


Our marketing strategy will focus on creating a new product to build
an awareness on tastable and affordable food for every young,
professional and for every Filipino. We will utilize social media and local
advertisement for our target market. Our sales process focusing on
providing a new product for empty stomach of a community .

- Closed from 10:20 -11:20 and continue from 11:20 -3:20

Ingredients

• ½ kilo glutinous rice.

• 6 pcs Tablea powder

• ½ brown sugar

• 1 pack wrapper

• 1 bottle oil

• 1 pack chocolate chips

• 1 can condensed milk

Equipment

-Pot /Pan

-Measuring cups and spoon

-Whisk

Procedure
( For Biko )

1. Cook or boil ½ of the glutinous rice in 30 minutes.

2. Mix the glutinous rice with condensed milk.

3. Wrap the glutinous rice with the wrapper. ( Wait until it become
warm

Before wrapping)

4. Prepare the materials use in frying.

5. If the oil is already hot, put the wrap glutinous rice in the frying
pan and

start frying .

6. Wait until it becomes golden brown before rising it from the oil.
( Make

sure to filter before putting on a container.)

7. Melt the chocolate chips to become syrup.

8. Finally fill with chocolate syrup on top and enjoy.

(For Tablea Drinks)

1. Prepare a hot water on a glass.

2. Pour the tablea choco powder on the hot water and mix it
properly until no.

no powder can be seen .

3. Add condensed milk on the drink and add some ice cubes.

4. Wait until it becomes cold.

5. Serve and enjoy.
