New OTL/Absence Report development needed.

Purpose: Show managers a summary of hours by date/time time(regular,

overtime)/Absence type.
Parameters: The below Parameters should control the content of report data.
Work Start Date: mandatory entry
Work End Date: mandatory entry
Employee Number/Name: All or LOV
Location: All or LOV
Department: All or LOV
Grade Ladder: All or LOV (used to report all apprentices)

Output should be excel.

Report should show detailed OTL Time Entry and Absence by date/project by
employee. All Absence hours should show on report (Vacation, Option, Sick,
Personal Leave, Holiday, Floating Holiday, Jury Duty, Emergency Leave, Leave
without Pay, Military Leave, Volunteer Leave)
