    Global Finance - Data Analyst

    in 6 countries hosting a team of 500 people globally.

    We are looking for a Data Analytics to join the Global Finance department in Hanoi or Da Nang.
    The Global Finance department has the overall responsibility for the finance operation in Pixelz
    from booking, salary processing, and financial reporting to supporting various projects.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    As Data Analytics in Pixelz you are:

    ● Responsible for the maintenance, enhancement and improvements of the data


    warehouse mainly for Finance. However, involvement in other data outside of Finance
    may be relevant.
    ● Extract and transform data when new data is available from various sources.
    ● Build, maintain, and analyze reports in Power BI and models we can use for
    performance tracking and optimization. With your strong pattern recognition you also
    plays a very important role in assessing and provide recommendations from the analysis
    ● Perform ad-hoc analysis on business trends and results independently, translate and
    communicate results to leadership and key stakeholders
    ● Provide input on ongoing projects and initiatives to reach business targets; run and
    assess your proposed actions in collaboration with the relevant teams.
    ● Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve team
    performance and measurement in the future
    ● Work directly with the finance team and recommend solutions and process
    optimisations.
    ● Document every data process, control version, backups.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILL

    You have more than 3 years of experience in building data warehouses and data analysis.

    Technical Skills:

    ● Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Google Sheets.


    ● Deep understanding of principles of building a data warehouse and data modeling.
    ● Used to work with API and data sorting.
    ● Statistics, Business intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a comparable
    educational background
    ● Google Big Query and Google Cloud Platform.
    ● Good communication skills in English.

    Personal skills:

    ● Analytical mindset, with proven track record in using data to measure performance and
    make decisions.
    ● Good problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex
    problems using data.
    ● Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
    ● Presenting and communicating the results of analyses and investigations to a variety of
    stakeholders across the department and wider company
    ● Good teamworking skills, project management skills.
