ation of all the eligible candidates desirous for seeking admissions to Nursing, Physiotherapy and Paramedical courses in Government
and Private Institutions affiliated to Pt. BD Sharma UHS Rohtak located in the State of Haryana that the State Government will w be conducting Online
Combined Centralized Counseling STRAY ROUND ROUND-2 for the Academic Session 2024-25 on the merit of CET-20242024 conducted by Pt. BD Sharma UHS,
Rohtak for the following courses: –

The detailed process explaining the procedure for admission to the above mentioned courses has been notified in Govt. of Haryana Notification dated
21.06.2024 and can be downloaded from the Admission Web Portal i.e. https://uhsrcetadmissions.in,, University Website i.e.www.uhsr.ac.in.
i.e. All the
eligible CET-2024 portal. The tentative schedule of STRAY
2024 qualified candidates are required to register themselves online through admission web portal
ROUND-2 of counseling is as under:-

Note:-
1. The candidates, who have already registered them themselves for the Round-1, Round-2, Round-3 & Stray Round and wish to participate in the
STRAY ROUND-2,, shall not be required to register again.
2. The candidates, who have been allotted seats to them in the Round Round-3 and Stray Round Counseling shall not be eligible to
participate in the STRAY ROUND-22 / further round of counseling (if any).
3. The candidates who have already “joined” on any seat allotted to them upto Stray Round counseling shall not be eligible to
participate in the STRAY ROUND-22 / further round of counseling (if any) even after resignation.
4. All candidates (already registered) andnd freshly registered candidates} who wish to participate in the STRAY ROUND-2ROUND counseling and want
to opt for State Quota Seats in only Government Nursing/Physiotherapy/Paramedical Colleges shall be required to deposit online onlin
amount of Rs. 1,000/- if the candidate wishes to also opt for State Quota Seats/Management Quota Seats in private
Nursing/Physiotherapy/Paramedical Colleges then he/she shall have to deposit online an amount of Rs. 5,000/-. 5,000 This facility shall be
available in the login ID of the candi
candidates on admission web portal. In case of failure of any registered candidate to deposit the
requisite security amount, they will NOT be considered eligible to participate in the STRAY ROUND-22 of counseling.
5. In case of candidate join on the allotted seat, this security amount shall be adjusted in the tuition fee of the first year of UG/PG Course.
6. If the candidates are allotted any seat as per their preference in STRAY ROUND ROUND-2,, but they do not join on the allotted seat, the
security amount shall be forfeited and these candidates will not be eligible to participate in the further round (if any).
7. The security amount of the candidates who are not allotted any seat during the Round 2/Round 2/Round-3/ stray round / Stray Round-2 shall be
returned after the completion of the
he counseling process.
8. The candidates, who had deposited security amount in Round Round-2/Round-3/Stray Round but not allotted any seat shall not deposit security
amount for STRAY ROUND-2.
9. All candidates whose documents are successfully verified will have to re report
port and submit their all-original
all relevant documents as
per above schedule to the concerned Institutes.
10. In case the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later la
cancelled during document verification or fails to produce the required documents at the time of document verification, the security
amount fee shall be forfeited.
11. As per Govt. of Haryana notification dated 21.06.2024 after exhaustion of merit list of the candidates who have ha applied under
various reserved categories, vacant seats (if any) shall be reverted back to their original category(ies) of seats as per State Sta
Reservation Policy and filled up as per merit after conversion (For eg. BC BC-A seat to BC-B B and finally to UR) andan filled up in the 3rd
round itself for both Government and Private Institutes. However, in case of any seat falling vacant after the 3rd round in any a
category, it shall first be offered to candidates belonging to original category of vacant seat of the previous pr round. In case, if the
seat still remains vacant, the same shall be filled as per system in the 3 rd round and so on”.
Note: -
 The choices filled by the candidates for the Round
Round-1/ Round-2 / Round-3 / Stray Round of counseling shall be treated as null
nu and
void and the candidates will have to fill fresh choices for Stray Round-2.
