from class 8/..............Today I’d like to tell you about life in the countryside.
I live in a small house in the countryside. I think there are many good things and
some bad things about living in the countryside.
Firstly, people can live in the fresh atmosphere in the countryside because there are
many tall trees here so the air is very fresh and unpolluted.
Secondly, the food is cheap and clean here. People can grow fresh vegetables and
fruits themselves.
Moreover, people are really kind and simple in the countryside. They can help one
another in any difficulties in their life.
However, It is inconvenient live in the countryside because there are not many shops
and supermarkets near here. The running water, electricity and the internet are not
available in many places in the countryside.
In short, I love living in the countryside more than living in the city, because it’s
peaceful, simple and fantastic.

TOPIC 3: TELL ABOUT YOUR FAVOURITE FESTIVAL:

 Hello everyone.. My name is ...................I am 14 years old. I’m a student from class
8/..............Today I’d like to tell you about my favourite festival - THE HUNG KING
TEMPLE FESTIVAL.
The Hung King Temple Festival takes place from the 8th to the 11th of the third Lunar
month in Phu Tho. This festival is held to worship Hung King who is the first emperor
of Vietnam.Here there is a ceremony of offering incense and specialities such as
chung cakes, Day cakes and five-fruit trays to the kings. Moreover, there are also
many joyful activities including bamboo swings, lion dances, wrestling and Xoan
singing performances.
 I love the Hung King Temple festival so much because it shows the love for our
motherland and the preservations of our cultural heritage.
