    TOUR NAME: VIETNAM TOUR

    Duration: 6 days, 5 nights

    Day 1(26 APR): Arrival Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam . Early checkin. Saigon city tour
    Today you’ll land in Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Son Nhat International Airport). Warmly welcome by
    Tour Guide & Car Driver at airport then transfer to hotel for check in.

    Upon arrival, enjoy halfday city tour:

    - Presidential Palace
    - Notre Dame Cathedral
    - Central Post Office

    In the evening, free time to enjoy the crowded and bustling Ho Chi Minh city – Ho Chi Minh city is
    the city of bars, pubs & other nightlife activities…

    Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

    Inclusion: Private transfer, guide, entrance fee, hotel * early check in + breakfast

    Day 2(27 APR): Mekong Delta tour – SIC TOUR (B)


    After breakfast, start at 08.00
    - My Tho-Tien Giang Province.
    - two of the islands that produce traditional handcrafts, coconut candy and bee farms
    - Vinh Trang Pagoda

    Late afternoon, you’ll return to Ho Chi Minh City and enjoy your free time there.
    You’ll stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

    Day 3(28 APR): Flight to Hanoi. Hanoi city tour (B)


    Today, you’ll take the morning flight from Danang to Hanoi.

    Upon arrival, enjoy half day Hanoi city


    - The Temple of Literature
    - Museum of Ethnology (closes on Monday)
    - A walking tour through the Old Quarter

    You’ll stay overnight in Hanoi.

    Inclusion: Private transfer, guide in Hanoi, entrance fee, hotel, breakfast

    Day 4(29 APR): Ninh Binh full day- SIC TOUR (B,L)
    Tour starts at 08.30 with 2-2,5 hours driving per way for transfer. Visit
    - Hoa Lu Ancient Capital
    - 2hour-boat trip to visit Tam Coc.
    Stay overnight in Hanoi hotel

    Inclusion: Shuttle transfer, guide, entrance fee, hotel, breakfast, lunch, sampan boat

    Day 5(30 APR): Excursion to Halong Bay and Stay overnight on Board (B,L,D)
    Note: Transfer Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi by shuttle bus

    Local lunch & dinner on cruise

    Stay overnight in a cruise in Halong.

    TOUR TIME & ACTIVITIES


    Daily working hours: We work for 8 hours a day starting from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Any activities out
    of this time frame must be informed to us 1 day before and will occur surcharges.

    Daily tour times: Please note that we will stick to the agreed time written above, any changes to the
    departure times or finishing times must be informed to us the day before departure and we will
    confirm if these changes are possible.

    Your late departure: We suggest you to leave on time everyday so that it won't affect to the sites to
    see and other activities afterward, if you leave later than the written time;
    (1) you will certainly have a shorter visiting time.
    (2) you will have to cut some of the sightseeing places.
    (3) you may have to pay extra.

    Your change of activities: If you wish to change the site to visit or other activities, please inform us
    the day before departure and we will confirm if these changes are possible.
    Extra charges can be applied to changes (time and activities) such as tour guide and driver are
    working more than the confirmed details.

    ACCOMMODATION
    Check-in time of hotel is after 14:00 and check out time before 12:00 pm
    Notes: Hotel/Cruise can be changed into similar standard, depending on the availability.

    FOOD
    If you have any allergies, special requests or if you are on a special diet please let us know well
    before hand, we cannot cancel / amend the booking within a day.
    Meals are served as set menu in the local restaurant (except for the cruise) unless you have special
    requests.

    AIRPORT TRANSFERS
    Due to the traffic situation, we will need 2.5 hours for domestic flight and 3.5 hours for the
    international one.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    FOR FIT GROUP
    The date of cancellation will be the date we have your final notification.
    - If you cancel our contract any time to 30 days prior to your departure: No charge
    - If you cancel our contract 30 to 16 days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 50% of
    total tour cost
    - If you cancel our contract 15 to 0 (zero) days prior to your departure: you will have to pay
    100% of total tour cost

    WHAT TO BRING
    Passport, sun block, sunglasses & hat, insect repellent, small VND notes for buying drinks.
