    9:00 - 10:00
    We had an employee engagement session with Edwin Vai, HR, Executive. He shared insights on
    maintaining a positive office environment and emphasized the importance of workplace ethics.

    10:20 - 12:45
    A session was conducted by Sadia Apu, HR Executive, who provided an introduction to the
    company, its mission, and its values.

    1:20 - 3:45
    Shamudra Vai conducted a session focusing on the training structure and basic knowledge.

    3:05 - 5:30
    Shamudra Vai continued to outline our training program and discussed the foundational tasks we
    will perform on the floor in the future.

    9:00 - 10:00
    Edwin Vai shared some basic rules and regulations to help maintain a professional and
    harmonious environment on the floor, including dress code, workplace ethics, and other
    guidelines.

    10:20 - 12:45
    After our first break, Sadia Apu introduced the company to us. She shared how it began, what
    Synergy does, the do’s and don’ts to follow, and the career growth opportunities available within
    the organization. Here, we got to know about the synergy solutions that we have 3 offices 2 in
    Mirpur, Dhaka and another one in USA. In addition, we also got to know about the facilities that
    synergy provides to their employees beside that we also got to about our Job responsibilities.

    1:20 - 3:45 and 10:20-5:30


    Later, after our dinner break, we met Shamudra Vai. He provided insights into the office
    environment, explained what Synergy is, how it operates, and its core functions. He concluded
    by outlining the training schedule and gave us a preview of what we will be doing over the next
    four days. Shamudra vai shared some basic knowledge about call center and BPO industries.
