This project is to be used to track the work and outline the estimation process for Remedy
tickets being transferred from the Oracle Managed Services team to the global Oracle Apps Dev Teams in
the Electrical Sector. Only Requests are being transferred (not incidents). Each transferred Request should
be reviewed and estimated by the assigned developer. There will be a project manager coordinating all
requests with the Oracle Managed Services team who will approve the transfer of all tickets and also
maintain this Project using standard PROLaunch Methodology.
