Description:
This project is to be used to track the work and outline the estimation process for Remedy
tickets being transferred from the Oracle Managed Services team to the global Oracle Apps Dev Teams in
the Electrical Sector. Only Requests are being transferred (not incidents). Each transferred Request should
be reviewed and estimated by the assigned developer. There will be a project manager coordinating all
requests with the Oracle Managed Services team who will approve the transfer of all tickets and also
maintain this Project using standard PROLaunch Methodology.
Responsibilities:
 Handled various tickets on Report Customizations.

 Involved for Business Requirement to the customers.
 Assigned tickets to Development team.

Currently Penang site is using a combination of Global Vista & Oracle ECP as their ERP. The
goal of the project is to do away with Global Vista and use Oracle ECP for their Order Management
module. This will eliminate problems due to interfacing errors between GV & Oracle, as well as
maintenance of two systems.
Responsibilities:
 Involved for Business Requirement to the Customer.

 Preparation Functional Design Document (FDD) and Technical Design Document (TDD).
 Involved in development of customer facing reports using reports 6i and XML publisher based on
business requirements and registered them in Oracle applications.
 Involved financial integration to send data from EBS (Eaton Business System) to ISSC (Shared
Service Center).
 Working with testing team and conducting complete testing of the Issue and developing according
to the standards.
 Responsible for internal review of code and Unit test.
 Using Codesoft and Sentinel to create the Label report as per requirement.
 Resolving various issues which got raised in different steps of the development.

 Involved in design and development of Reports using Reports6i and Xml publisher in PO, INV, and
OM Modules and finally registered in to Oracle Apps.
 Developed various Extract programs (Outbound), which extracts data to the server from PO, AP
tables as per the business needs.
 Involved in Registering Concurrent Programs, Creating Value Sets, Request group, Data group.
 Apart from these some activities I used to do frequently are defining concurrent program, defining
DFF, value-set, request-set etc.
