Assist senior facilities Engineers in daily FM operations and supervise service providers.
Inspect and assess the condition of various components of the building and installed systems, identify issues, failures and potential risks
and take appropriate action according to contract term and conditions.
Conduct routine inspections of buildings, facilities, equipment, and systems to check for maintenance and safety issues. This includes
examine structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, FLS equipment, elevators, CCTV, ACS, BMU and other key
elements.
Ensure FM service providers supervisors, technicians are executing their works properly and carrying out effective and efficient PPM as
well as BM.
Attend move-in & move- out inspection, ensure that agreed SLA and KPI are met and implemented.
Conduct briefings for FM service providers and address problem encountered.
Prepare reports to Sr. Manager/ HFM on any serious issue and problems encountered during the operations.
Respond to essential services breakdown/outage and ensure the maintenance contractors has reported for rectification of the
breakdown/outage.
Identify potential safety hazards and risks within buildings, equipment and systems. This include identifying electrical hazards, fire safety
violations, structural weaknesses, or other conditions that may pose a threat to occupants or workers.
Ensure the buildings contractors are following industry standards and codes.
Perform follow-up inspections to ensure that identified issues have been properly addressed and that maintenance tasks have been
completed to satisfactory standards by the onsite maintenance contractor.
Ensure the essential system/ equipment are maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
Maintain documentation of all contractors including invoice and purchase order.
Preparation and scheduling of PPM plans for MEP assets of the sites and related all other operations.
Monitoring daily tasks and troubleshooting activities on the sites.
Implementation of safe work practices and managing site work practices
Maintain installation and maintenance track records are kept always updated.
