Job Description: Lead Generator – Sales-positions 02-CTC 18K

Position Overview:
The Lead Generator – Sales plays a pivotal role in identifying and generating potential customers for
the organization’s products or services. This role focuses on researching prospects, initiating
contact, and qualifying leads to create opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate is self-
motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in communication, with a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Identification & Research:

• Identify potential leads through online research, databases, social media, and industry
events.

• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients with accurate and up-to-date
information.

• Analyze market trends and target industries to identify new opportunities.

2. Outreach & Engagement:

• Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and social media to
introduce products or services.

• Generate interest and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.

• Personalize communication to align with the needs and challenges of each prospect.

3. Lead Qualification:

• Assess and qualify leads based on defined criteria to determine their potential.

• Use probing questions to understand the prospect’s pain points, budget, and decision-
making process.

• Pass qualified leads to the sales team with detailed notes and insights for follow-up.

4. Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with
overall business objectives.

• Provide regular updates and feedback on lead quality, market trends, and outreach
performance.

• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative lead generation
tactics.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

• Track and report lead generation metrics such as the number of leads, conversion rates, and
outreach effectiveness.

• Analyze data to refine strategies and improve lead generation processes.

• Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fresher can also apply

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.

• Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.

• Knowledge of sales processes and techniques is a plus.
