Location: Hyderabad, India Position Summary Bristol Myers
Squibb’s Accounting Development Program consists of three
one-year rotations to prepare you for a manager level role
within BMS’ finance organization. The rotations are crafted to
help you gain hands-on exposure to a range of areas within our
company and provide an opportunity for you to utilize your
leadership skills and technical knowledge to drive incremental
value and change. These experiences will put you on track to
future finance leadership opportunities at BMS. All rotations are
based in Hyderabad. ADP rotations are available in the following
areas of the business: • Record to report • Business Controls
Function (“BCF”) • Treasury Operations & Accounting • Tax •
FP&A -Commercial/Operations ADP program participants report Hyderabad
to the program director throughout the three-year program.
ADP Accountants will also receive coaching from Rotational
Sponsors and Mentors within the BMS Global Finance
Community. Upon successful completion of the three-year
program, qualified ADP Accountants will continue in a
permanent role within the BMS Global Finance community that
aligns their specific area of expertise, interests and career
aspirations based on the various roles BMS Finance has available
at that time. Minimum Qualifications: • Must have completed
Chartered accountant course- ICAI, max attempts 4 in CA final
examinations. • Proven capability to effectively communicate

flow reporting and financial consolidation using cloud solutions
✦ Treasury Operations Transformation: Develop and implement
treasury operating model,analyze accounting impacts of
treasury transactions, perform bank rationalization, define
methodologies for intercompany netting and settlement ✦
Working Capital Optimization: Analyze and define strategies for
cash management, define cash management process, enable
transactional process efficiency to optimize cash flow and
liquidity, evaluate investment alternatives and make
recommendations, drive the development of cash forecast ✦
Digital in Finance: Digital in finance including automation
assessments, robotics process automation, Finance Workforce
