INSTRUCTIONS
Answer all questions
Create a folder on the desktop and rename the folder using your full name and class. ( Eg.
AbdulmanaSherif_3TechA). Save all your works in this folder.
1. With the help of appropriate text editor, create HTML code to produce the log in page below:

a) Set the title of the page to your full name. The programme code must be properly indented.
b) The input field for the password should be encrypted when the user is entering
c) Save your document as “Loginpage”

2. Using an appropriate database application create a schema and save as MOCK in your created folder on the
desktop.

(a) Create:
i) the structure for the table 1 using ST_ID as the primary key save as EXAMS.
ii) a form that will enable users to enter data into EXAMS and save as EFORM.
b) Use the form in 2(a)(ii) to enter data as shown in table 1.
c) create a query to sort the table EXAM by LEVEL and MATHS in ascending order and save as SRTEXAMS.
