This project aims to study the Assessing Website Usability by the customers of Portal sites of the Portal sites sector through an analytical and comparative study of two leading companiesmagicbricks.com and 99acres.com. The project also tries to bring out the shortcomings, if any, in the present system and thus recommends suggestions to improve the same. The project also gives insights into the various financial terms, norms of the service departments as per the guidelines of the Portal sites industry. The project was designed after detailed discussion with the company officials on the parameters i.e. service network and Assessing Website Usability The project also includes the insights given by the dealers and officials of the company.
Firstly, the project discusses the Assessing Website Usability of the two companies. Magicbricks.com being the largest portal site services provider in India definitely has a wider reach and more number of Customers than 99acres.com.
2 Finally the project covers the service of the two companies which deals with the after sale services and their effectiveness provided by both the companies and various complaints and queries are handled by them. This project allowed me to study the different parameters to do a competitive comparison between magicbricks.com and 99acres.com. It also gave me the insight about the whole portal website scenario and the industry overall. The data collected in this study is primary as well as secondary from the internal magicbricks.com and 99acres.com. as well as from different websites.
The need of study arises for learning the variables available that distinguish the Assessing Website Usability by the customers of two portal sites companies. To know the services & benefits associated with portal sites. To chose best company for business through portal sites between magicbricks.com and 99acres.com. To project portal sites as the productive avenue for business activities.
3 The main purpose of doing this project was to know about portal sites and its functioning. This helps to know in details about portal sites industry right from its inception stage, growth and future prospects. It also helps in understanding different types of portal sites. Because my study depends upon portal sites in Pune and their schemes as well offers given by them for the services they render.

Limitations:
Though I tried to collect some primary data but they were too inadequate for the purposes of the study. The lack of information sources for the analysis part. Time and money are critical factors limiting this study. The data provided by the prospects may not be 100% correct as they too have their limitations. Restricted sample size. Study confined to just customers in Pune City. Limited time available to complete the study. Biased Answers and opinions from the customers during the survey. It was difficult to ask for time required for a detailed discussion on the Questionnaire & therefore several aspects of the questionnaire were answered briefly.

Governments and organizations have been supporting the physical sciences far longer than business research. Organizations normally support business research for one reason and that is to obtain competitive advantage. The research process that is described below, to all intents and purposes document to enable the furniture industry to obtain a competitive advantage, both nationally and internationally.
Four types of studies can be called Research namely; Reporting, Description, Explanation and Prediction can be called research.

Every project work is based on certain methodology, which is a way to systematically solve the problem or attain its objectives. It is a very important guideline and lead to completion of any project work through observation, data collection and data analysis.
