Entry : The clubs have unlimited number of competitors per weight category. All must register to the PSC web site all (athletes, coaches, accompanying official and chaperons) must register to this URL: http://psc.gov.ph/index2.php?option=com_smartformer&Itemid=42 Seniors(Elite Games): no age limit (May 30 June 1, 2012) Juniors (Age Group): 16 -19 yrs old (June 2, 2012) Entry Fee: Seniors (Elite Games) Free Age Group (Juniors) 500.00 After the delegation meeting and the drawing of lots, the entries per weight category are final and cant be altered. A maximum of two representatives per Region/Club are allowed in the delegation meeting. 10. Judogi: The blue and white judogis must comply with the IJF official standard and will be inspected before the beginning of the competition. Blue judogi is optional for blue sash competitor only. 11. . Insurance: Each delegation assumes all responsibility for accident and health insurance as well as the civil liability for their contestants and officials. The Philippine Judo Federation refuses all the liability of any claims of illness or injury. 12. Ceremonies: Contestants are required to attend the opening and awarding in Judogi or Official tracksuits. It is expected that each delegation will have a uniform appearance. 14. Unacceptable Behaviour (Article 25.5 ~ 25.6): In any case of misbehaviour by a competitor which merits disqualification, the jury(TheExecutive Committee of PJF) may exclude him/her from the rest of the championships. Any officials of a delegation who interrupts the orderly running of the championships may be declared unacceptable, as an official by the jury (The Executive Committee of PJF). Thereafter he/she may be refused entry to the venue other than in the public gallery seats. The concerned chapter will be informed and additional consequences may be possible to follow according to PJF Jury Decision, not only for the official(s) but also for the University/College to which the official(s) belong. 15.
