    No two people are the same


    Personality is influenced by many factors:

    Culture (Norms and Values), Habit, Role, Family factors, etc. In general, there are FOUR types of temperament

    - Choleric - Sanguine - Phlegmatic - Melancholic

    A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way. A great leaders courage is to fulfill his/her
