Properties of a Normal Distribution
1. The graph of a normal distribution is a bellshaped curve. 2. The values of the mean, median and mode are all equal. 3. The curve is symmetrical about the vertical axis through the mean. 4. The tails or ends of the curve is asymptotic relative to the horizontal line. 5. The area under the normal curve is equal to one or 100%.
