Why “Flight”?
• Second, some people or organizations
benefit from unresolved conflict, and so
have little incentive to uncover, manage,
control or resolve it, even when conflict
is counterproductive and destructive.
Fight Violently
Power-based language:
1. Liza agrees to pay Jimmy the amount of P5,000.00 in cash on Tuesday, October 7,
