    1. Work in groups of 8.
    2. Assign a leader-facilitator, documenter, and
    presenter.
    3. Divide the group into two sub-groups. The first
    subject will read Column 1 (Restructuring the SK)
    and the second group will read Column 2 (Stuck in
    Between).
