Factory Capacities
• They operate 255 machines, approx. 1,06,000 – 1,20,000 pcs per month with in-house production units. They have
complete in-house cut to pack facilities, including a highly capable product development and sampling department. They
don’t have in-house washing & dying units.

1. The company can get involve with the new and young designers &
create designer and creative collections with the help of the
designer’s idea by using the unused fabrics they already have in
their fabric store.
2. They can have a website where customers can directly and freely
place their ideas about the design & the designers can produce
new fashion collection by co-creating with the help of the ideas of
customers.

• Co-creation with the new & young designers will help Vivid clothings Pvt. Ltd. a new dimension of business
and profitability.

• The company producing a fixed amount of products and they also have specified buyers. But market
competition of garment industry is very high now a days, so they can incur extra profit by launching this new
brand and invest the profit into the company upgradation.

• Wastage of fabrics can be reduce by this co-creation idea, it could be a sustainable practice.
