Procedure(s)

1. Expose to pupils there are 6 types of sentences needed to be learnt at the end of
Year 6. Show the sample of meaning of the tenses.

2. Focus on S-V-O-T structure. Focus more on S, V and T instead to enable pupils


identify the characteristics of each tense.

3. For every tense, teach pupils these 4 components:


i. Positive/Negative statements
ii. Yes/No Questions Tags
iii. WH-questions
iv. Writing passive sentences
