    Introduction

     This document that present the organization about an academic event (cardiology), this event gather everything necessary
    to carry it out, an event needs to be planned in advance, good organization and innovation to be memorable.
     The planning of an event is a task that is done with meticulousness, since it runs the risk of not meeting the goals and of
    wasting resources and efforts, in this work we will tackle precisely that, the preparation of every detail that must be taken
    into account in an event, from which we will learn how to carry out a budget, how to gather the necessary elements for an
    event, how to promote it, how to reserve a place.

    PROFESSIONALS.
    ● DESIGN A BUDGET FOR ALL POSSIBLE EXPENSES AND INCOME.
    ● TO LEARN THE TECHNIQUES OF SERVICE, AS WELL AS THE
    DEVELOPMENT OF THE SKILLS THAT THESE REQUIRE TO
