    PREGNANCY

    One of the reasons for teen
    pregnancy is the lack of sex education.
    First of all, people want young people
    to take self education, but this is not
    enough, as their ideas only give
    information that they have chosen to
    keep. In most cases, teenagers make
    inappropriate decisions as to whether
    do sexual acts to obtain
    Erroneous information from friends,
    movies or videos. Secondly, the lack of
    communication between young people
    and their absent parents is extremely
    important as parents are responsible
    for educating their son’s and
    daughters about their physical and
    emotional gender.
    Teen pregnancy is one of the most
    difficult experiences a young person
    might ever face when it interrupts
    school, other plans and goals. It can
    create an emotional crisis that causes
    feelings of shame and fear. And it may
    appear that you will crack like a glass
    windshield under a load of bricks.
    The stress of how you are going to
    break this news to your parents might
    be even harder, and help may seem
    like an impossible mission to defeat.
    Teen pregnancy is a reason for concern
    among Filipino families because
    nowadays lot of Filipino women
    become pregnant as a teenager. Teen
    pregnancy is a life-changing event.
    Body changes that are difficult for a
    pregnant adult women are twice as
    tough for a teenager. Most young girls
    are not mature enough to deal with the
    possible social consequences of teenage
    motherhood. Schooling and career
    goals can become derailed.
    Family household can suffer if the
    mother must defend on others to
    support raising the infant. Normal
    pastime of teenagers do like going to
    the malls, dating and playing sports
    can also be affected due to the physical
    limitations a female as to abide by
    before the baby is born.
    The best prevention for teen
    pregnancy is education, medical care
    and access to contraception. By
    putting knowledge in their hands,
    teenage girls will become more
    confident and able to make healthy
    choices about their developing
    sexuality.
    Because teens that are properly
    educated about proper use of birth
    control are much more likely to use it
    during sexual activity. Although birth
    control isn’t 100% effective, it
    decreases the chance of accident
    pregnancy.
    The reduction of teen pregnancy in our
    country is the best sense of duty. Everyone
    can practice to prevent teen pregnancy in
    their family and other people, is to inform
    and educate the youth because without
    awareness the next generation of children
    won’t knowledgeable enough to make the
    right decision that will not only help
    themselves, but others also.
