Establishments such as restaurant should hire private haulers

d. New developers shall incorporate MRF in layout plan

e. CPDO & other concerned dept. shall ensure the incorporation of MRF at lay-out
plan before approval.

Lunes, 3:00 PM. Sa parehong araw, ang mga BEEs ay naatasan na
rumonda sa Barangay mula 8:00 AM hanggang 12:00 PM. Sa
kanilang paglilibot bandang 10:00 AM, nakita ng mga BEEs na ang
harap ng bahay ni Ms. Paula ay may segregated waste. Ano ngayon
ang violation ni Ms. Paula?

rin ng mismong tapsilugan. Napansin ng BEE na walang basurahan
ang naturang smoking area at panay ang tapon ng mga nag yo-yosi
ng upos ng sigarilyo sa lapag. Ano ang violations na mayroon sa
sitwasyong ito?

Nag inspect ang mga BEE sa isang junkshop sa kanilang Barangay.
Sila ay nag o-operate mula 8:00AM hanggang 8:00 PM. Maayos at
malinis na nakasalansan ang mga bakal at iba pang kalakal sa labas
ng junkshop. Sa pag i-interview sa may-ari, sinabi nito na ang
kanyang junkshop ay may sukat na 52 sq.m, ngunit, sa pag susuri
ng Business Permit nito, ang naka deklarang sukat lamang ay 28
sq.m.

Maari bang mag operate ang junkshop na ito?

A. Illegal discharge/deposit of garbage, oil, into drainage outlets, etc.
B. Illegal discharge, injecting, seeping of any substance into soil
C. Operating facilities that discharge or allow to seep or by gross negligence, prohibited
chemicals, substances or pollutants into bodies of water

Namanmanan ng mga BEEs ang truck ni MALABANAN na
nanggaling sa isang bahay upang sipsipan ang kaniyang poso
negro. Sa kanilang pag subaybay sa biyahe ng nasabing truck,
huminto ito sa isang tulay at doon mismo ibinaba ang hose para
itapon sa katabing ilog ang laman nito. Ano ang violation na dapat
ipataw?

a. Dumping of sludge or solid waste


b. Illegal transport, dumping, or discharge of prohibited chemicals

Refers to any act, omission, establishment, business, condition of property, or any


else which:

a. Injures or endangers the health or safety of others


b. Annoys or offends the senses
c. Obstructs or interferes with free passage of any public highway or street, or body
of water
d. Hinders or impairs the use of property

F. Illegal pens or cages for fighting cocks, pigs, and other animals raised for commercial purposes

H. Allowing pets to defecate in public areas
I. Storing and drying of manure
J. Growth of weeds, grasses and bushes outside or within the premise of an establishment that can
be a breading place of harmful insects

CHAPTER VII: NUISANCE

SECTION 7 – NOISE RESTRICTION/PROHIBITIONS


2. Noise restriction in residential areas. Utilization of any kind of sound system
shall be prohibited from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

SECTION 10 – NOISE FROM MOTOR VEHICLES


- Indiscriminate usage of music devices, horns, etc. on motor vehicles
- No permit for PA system
- Operating substandard muffler (for tricycles)

Naireport ni Mr. Aguilar sa Barangay na ang kanilang katabing
bahay ay nag susunog ng tanso. Ayon sa imbestigasyon ng mga
BEE, ang usok ay pumapasok sa bintana ng bahay ni Mr. Aguilar
na nag dudulot sakanya ng hirap sa pag hinga.
